Pack your sense of adventure, your coziest denim, and your childlike wonder because we're headed back to camp! Tessa and Alex cordially invite you to join them for a long weekend of love, laughter, and letting loose in the great outdoors.
Think vintage summer camp vibes, but for the grown-ups. This is your chance to reconnect with nature, with each other, and maybe even with your inner kid. Breathe in the forest air, unplug from the world, and let the magic of the woods carry you away.
Our celebration is happening at Camp Collinswood, nestled deep in the Canadian wilderness. It’s not just a wedding; it’s an experience of love, friends, family and new memories under the stars.

The Ceremony
On Saturday afternoon, we will all make our way down a spruce-lined road that leads into a clearing of aspens. It's here, amongst nature, where we’ve always felt most connected and where we want to share this special moment with all of you.

The Celebration
Next, we’ll denim up and head to a local rustic barn for a good ‘ol fashioned dinner and ho down. Yes, there will be a live band. We bring the vibes, you bring the boogie. Dancing will be wrapped up by 10pm and cozy campfires will follow for those wanting to chat into the night. Canadian Tuxedos encouraged.
Field Day
Hungover? A hearty breakfast buffet should do the trick. And did we mention the sauna with a forest view? For those sticking around, we have a full day of Summer Camp-inspired fun! Think Capture the Flag, Animal Tag, Tug-of-War, and a Potato Sack Race. Feeling sporty? Try your hand at disc golf, archery, volleyball, basketball, or classic lawn games. Prefer a slower pace? Enjoy forest yoga, a lake excursion, scenic hikes, or simply kick back in a hammock and relax. Whatever your vibe, it’s the perfect way to wrap up an unforgettable weekend!

Lodging
Camping is encouraged and is available on site! There are three designated tenting sites with fire pits and picnic tables and there are plenty of beautiful spaces for dispersed camping.
Camper vans are welcome and highly recommended since they double as a vehicle for you to get to and from our venue! We can also accommodate a couple of RV’s. Camping amenities include outhouses, and simple outdoor showers.
There are some fun glamping upgrades available on site which will be offered to our wedding parties, close family, and out of town guests first. These include a guest cabin, a treehouse, a yurt, a bus, and a hippy van.
If camping just isn’t your cup of tea there are a few hotels about 20 minutes away in the closest town of Sundre, Alberta. There are also a couple of Airbnb’s.
Getting There
We know for many of you Canada is a trek, but we are dedicated to helping make it as seamless as possible. The nearest international airport is Calgary AB (YYC), a 3 hour flight from LAX. ✈️
The venue is located an hour and a half from Calgary, so we highly recommend renting a vehicle, or inquiring with us about carpooling if you aren’t planning to do your own traveling off site.
We will have a shuttle bus to the barn with a designated driver so that you can feel free to let loose and get boozy. Another great option is renting a camper van or RV and having that as your home on site. This gives the feeling of camping without as much work, and a little more comfort. 🚌
If you’re coming from LA, another option is a very long but beautiful road trip for those looking to make a summer vacation out of it. (Message us for the itinerary from our road trip last summer)! 🚗
